D-6 Cat and Arch beside the Island Highway

When I was finished with the skidder, I doubled back to the property with the D-6 and Arch set-up. The owner was out working on his KW livestock hauler rig...and was only to happy to chat and allow me into his field to grab a few photos.
The post that features a 1939 D-7 from the same trip is here..( also roadside )

Fancy wheels on the logging arch and hard rubber tires ( many decades before low profile tires and 22" rims were popular )
