Mike Pearson's Adventures on a Pale Blue Dot

A search for the highly recommended Pemberton Distillery, netted a great yard full of mixed ...dead, decrepit and still functioning logging equipment. On one side of the lane was the industrial building that houses the new-ish booze business, and across the way is the parking area for a local logging contractor. The Pemberton Distillery inputs are locally sourced ingredients including potatoes, and the output products are numerous....including premium vodka, gin and absinthe.  Hard to find...worth the effort.
