Glorious Victory Report from the Office of Emperor Trump

As our all wise and all seeing Emperor Trump predicted, Greenland was indeed poorly protected by its Danish patrons.

This morning at 3am, the T.I.A. ( Trump Intelligence Agency) launched a drone and space based weapon attack on the Pittuffic Base in Northwest Greenland.
The military installation was completely destroyed and early spy satellite estimates show all inhabitants to be killed in action or missing in action.

Emperor Trump went live on the Trump News Network to announce the successful mission.

The Emperor also announced that starting today the New Greenland Territory will have 24 hour aerial patrols by B-52 and B-1 aircraft. Aerial refueling by the Empire Air Force tankers and repurposed ( seized) refueling air tankers from the former Europe will provide 24/ 365 cover for the new Territory of the Empire.
The Trump Naval Systems Fleet will provide round the clock naval patrols and blockade all commercial freighter traffic in the North Atlantic.

When a rebel news outlet asked questions about the American military personnel casualties in the Pittuffic attack, the Emperor responded with a 45 minute sustained Hellfire missile attack on the rebel media bunker.

At 7am, Florida time, Emperor Trump announced that 6 new nuclear power plants are going to be built in the new Greenland Territory to produce super heated steam to increase the rate of ice melt. The rapid reduction of ice and snow will allow the new mining operations to operate in more favourable considerations.

There appears to be a communication blackout from the territory of Denmark as no public response has been heard from the illegal regime.

Canada Day 2012, what better way to celebrate than to go into the Canadian rain forest in search of lost mechanized treasures. The growth of the alder trees and underbrush was fairly intimidating, We only had hand tools, but faced a solid wall of green where we wanted to get into. We threw ourselves into the task for about half an hour and started to see good progress. That lead to hours more cutting,. pruning and dragging debris away. Scaling Bar for an Excavator

From time to time, the usual attachments and ideas don't work anymore. Scaling loose rock at the max reach and height of an excavator boom/stick is dangerous and nerve racking work. The possibility of doing damage to the machine, and having a chunk of rock come through you window are fairly high. Here are a few pics of a successful design of a scaling bar attachment that was built for 345/450 sized machines. The thick wall round tube design is much stronger and rigid than any size of I-beam or H-beam designs. I have used I/H-beam scaling bars...and the first thing they do is flex like a wet spaghetti noodle. We had a 12 inch I-beam bar on a 200 Hitachi, and it bent easily with very little torque applied.
